Feel free to edit or alter numbers as the build progresses/or as tested.
Service ceiling: (effective) 9500m
Service ceiling:(maximum) 10090m
Max dive speed: ~750kph
I started loosing parts 770-780kph, Loss of Ailerons/Elevators/Rudder occured and dive topped out at 800+kph no major structural failures evident.
(With no trim as of yet, at 750kph the aircraft will pull out of a straight dive even with full down elevator. I had to roll inverted as the A/C started to pull out in order for surfaces to fall off)
Best climb speed: (as per manual) 270kph
Stall speed clean: (max gross weight/idle power) 180kph
Stall speed flaps: (max gross weight/idle power) 160 kph
Various flap settings were tested 10-60 with minimal change in stall speed.
Stall speed clean: (max gross weight/full power) 150kph
Stall speed flaps: (max gross weight/full power) 130kph
Various flap settings were tested 10-60 with minimal change in stall speed.
Max Water temperature: (single green guage) 110deg
Max oil temperature: (3 needle guage) 115deg
Economy cruise:(max range) 280kph
RPM 1700 Manifold pressure 500mm (or 5 on the guage)
This works nicely for all altitudes tested 0-6000m, please note that at 6000m altitude, 500mm is full throttle. (and dont forget to lean the mixture)
At and above 2000m set supercharger stage 2.
When to set the stage 2 supercharger:
In a climb at 270kph you can switch at 1500m
If in level flight at 350kph+ switch at 2000m
(It appears that forced air induction is modeled to some degree)
