Below is the 'Alternate' timeline which I have had to create in order to be able to incorporate this campaigns in a realistic manner, it's a bit rough but I'am not 'too' concerned ref the Timeline or its details (not being a historian!), my concern is in all participants enjoying this scenario in a relatively realistic manner!

1914 World War 1 commences
Germany invades Belgium, Britain declares war on Germany. Russia, Italy & Japan joins the Allied forces. The Ottoman Empire joins the Central Powers and War spreads throughout Europe.
The U.S. made a Declaration of Neutrality in 1914 whilst 'offering to mediate' in the European conflict. No mediation was possible since No desire for peace or common ground existed between the battling nations.
Tensions Rise globally and relations deteriorate when Britain and its Allies accuse the U.S of watching Europe 'Burn in Flames'.
Germany is Blockaded as part of a major strategy in order to starve the Nations population and deprive the country of War Materials.
1915 Stalemate on the Western Front.
The passenger steamer 'President Lincoln' (en route to Bremen) is sunk in the North Sea when it hits a British mine with 1,200 lives lost. The U.S President formerly complains to Britain of the Unscrupulous Mining of this Commercial Routes and the unecessary loss of civilian lives that this actions caused.
Germany in an act of Defiance commences the London Attacks from the air with the use of Zeppelins.
President Wilson protested of the Anglo/French violation of Neutral Rights, humanitarian aid and free commerce to a surrounded & starving Germany. The U.S President takes a strong stand and again insists that the U.S will not be drawn into a European War.
All U.S aid to Britain and Allied nations at war with Germany and the Central powers is stopped.
In an attempt to exercise it's free will as a nation, U.S shipping break the blockade of Germany in order to carry 'humanitarian aid' to the Starving German Nation.
Britain, France, Russia, Itally & Japan accuse the U.S of interfereing in European matters and supplying war materials and contraband goods to the blockaded Germany.
U.S Congress passes the Espionage Act in order to suppress pro-British attitudes and promote pro-German opinions.
1916 In Britain, Conscription begins.
A million casualties in ten months as the war on all fronts gets to a grinding halt. British and French push at the Somme. On the first day of the battle (1 July 1916), 20,000 Britons were killed and a further 40,000 injured. Innovations, such as the use of tanks (15 July 1916) flawed with mechanical failures, proved of little effect.
At sea, both the Royal Navy and German High Seas Fleet battle it out. Both Navies suffer Casualties and withdraw to fight another day with no conclusive result.
U.S Humanitarian Aid Convoy heading for Germany is Sunk by the Royal Navy. The First Lord of the Admiralty, Winston Churchill, issued orders that the Royal Navy vessel was to 'Ensure that no ships return to port with any American survivors'.
This sinking of an unarmed civilian convoy was described by the U.S as the "the foulest act of wilfull murder ever committed by any Nation on the seas". A "flame of indignation and riots" swept the United States and retaliation is demmanded!
President Wilson warns Britain to Stop her Imperialistic attitudes or face the consequences. Britains Ambassador in the U.S is Expelled and British interests in America are taken over by the U.S goverment.
1917 Russia Withdraws
Tsar Nicholas II (Russia) withdraws from the European war zone in order to quash its internal problems yet promises it's assistance to Britain.
The Russian withdrawal causes Major German advances to occur as German forces concentrate more fully on the Western Front. The impact was far more than could have been expected. German attempts to entice the United States to join the European War fails but the U.S will continue to supply Financial and Commercial Assistance to Germany, supplying raw materials and weapons needed on the Western Front.
The U.S Embassy in Britain is searched and German spying equipment found. The Embassy is closed, British Parliament pass an emergency bill under the 'Detention and Spies War Act' ensuereing that all U.S citizens are locked up in camps for interrogation and possible 'firing squads' if found guilty. Some are shot and others detained.
At sea, Submarine Warfare was intensified and British food reserves ran dangerously low. Britain weakens whilst Germany, with U.S aid gets stronger.
Germany and the Central Powers co-ordinated major pushes on the front using different tactics, the mass use aircraft, modern tanks, tactics and mustard gas to great success. British and allied casualties were severe.
1918 U.S Congress Declares War
The U.S Congress conclude that the time has come to halt Britains Imperialistic attitudes and those who side with her. Britains resources have never before been stretched to this limits and she is weak! - 'War Plan Red' is put into effect - The Invasion of Canada - The plan calls for the Seizure or Destruction of all Canadian Ports in order to prevent British supply and the Capture of Strategic areas in order to cut ALL Communications between Canada and Britain.
Various tentative advances by U.S Forces into Canadian Territory are pushed back by the Canadian Mounted Police who bravely battle against U.S Cavalry and U.S Marines.
It is clear to Britain, that although the U.S is untrained for modern warfare, Canada cannot fight this War alone against the might of U.S.A.
Britain must defend it's Empire and is forced to withdraw all British Frontline and Colonial troops from France in order to organise large Expeditionary Forces to defend the British Empire against this new and powerfull enemy, the U.S.A and Central Alliance!
France Stands alone, bitter with the sudden abandonement of all the British Frontline Troops is forced to battle it out by itself against the overwhelming, well prepared and supplied German and Central Forces.
Paris is bombarded to Submission and French fight bravely whilst the rest of France slowly collapses to the Kaisers superior Forces. The Battle continued until finally France is forced on the 11 November 1918 to accept reality and accept an 'Unconditional Surrender' thus ending four years of suffering and World War 1.
1919 The Invasion of Canada
The Kaiser, on behalf of the German people and greatfull for the U.S support and it's declaration of war, promises to assisr the U.S in it's military objectives and expansion plans.
Germany immediatly sends a 'Condor Legion' of Airmen, Military tacticians and Engineers with all the latest in German technological Air, Ground and Sea advances in order to train and fully cooperate with the U.S Troops.
Germany, in full control of France's Goverment provides the U.S with all of France's Surplus war Materials. France's Industry is ordered to mass produce 'weapons of war' and supply the U.S. and Central powers. The remains of France's Army, Navy & Air force is absorbed and incorporated to form part of the Victorious German Forces.
Many flee to Britain in order to continue the fight & French Squadrons are being formed up by the RFC.
Germany begins to plan for the Invasion of England, Africa, India & Russia. Gotha & Zeppelin attacks are increased awaiting for the new 'Victory Zepellin Bombers' which will soon arrive from the new factories.
Italy Reinforces its Borders in preparation for a German Tank Advance into it's territory. The Italian Goverment maintains it's support to the British Empire and Allies whilst maintaining it's troops at home and be able to defend its Borders.
Switzerland remains neutral and continues to produce good cheese.....
